That depends on how quickly you can make those inner shifts. Some clients are ready to go, and they transform and unveil their authenticity in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks, while other have more work to do first. It also depends on how committed you are to yourself and the work and how much time you schedule for yourself to work on it. How quickly you are to face your fears and get uncomfortable to attain positive results.

Unleashing Your Authenticity is exploring the deeper depths of you, your life and meeting your authentic self for the very first time. It starts with understanding your powerful energetic self for health and well-being, then looking at and acquiring a better understanding of those life-shifting experiences and what you’re still holding onto to reach freedom, how to Love every aspect of you and your life thus far and forward, once that work has been accomplished you will be able to experience and meet your authentic self. You will acquire life-long tools to continue to practice and grow ever more once you are through the course. Here’s what the system gets you to do:

• Everything is Energy – Exploring our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies through the paradigm of energy as opposed to physicality. Learning how to raise your inner energy vibration so that you are connecting with the same energy vibration in your outer life that serves your highest honor and well-being.

• Exploring the Backpack – This will be a deep exploration of your personal experiences and learning how to look at them in a whole new way to allow freedom and insight. Releasing you to a whole new understanding of life itself and to You on your journey forward.

• Finding the Lessons – Once the deep inner work has begun, you then get to see all the gifts and lessons that you created from every experience in your life up to the current moment. To let go of the comfortable beliefs and behaviors and become uncomfortable to create the new path and the new YOU. 
Remaining open to drop judgment of self and others to allow Forgiveness, Worthiness, and Wholeness to flow freely and abundantly.

Spiritual Coaching: How can I guarantee that I will get more freedom, transformation, and meet my authentic self in record time?

Understand that this is a process, a proven one, that works if you take action and implement all of the steps.

All my clients who have diligently applied every step of Unleashing Your Authenticity have successfully reclaimed a new found Love for self, their relationships, and their life, in much less time than they would have on their own AND have met their authentic selves and continue to practice to even bring more of it forward knowing we have access to infinite opportunities and possibilities.

Spiritual Coaching: What type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work for?

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with, and I consciously pick my clients, choosing to (respectfully) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up (it wouldn’t be fair to them).

The Unleashing Your Authenticity programs are NOT for those who don’t currently have the money coming in or are financially desperate. Creating another stress in your life is not advantageous for starting a new path.

It’s been my experience that those in financial crisis do not have the attention and comprehension to do the work and would become more of a burden than a positive life-changing experience. If you fall within this category, it’s OK.

We’ve all been in financial crisis at one point or another.

Do yourself three favors:
1. Get some money coming in with a part-time or full-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your Unleashing Your Authenticity assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing the clients come in regularly as a result of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at the other job and focus on your own practice.

2. Set up your own financial budget and track where your money is being spent on a monthly basis. Write in every financial responsibility you have during that month: food, entertainment, mortgage/rent, car payment, insurances, incidentals, etc. Then take a look at those entries and take a look at what is possibly a frivolous expense that could be eliminated for a while or together. Sometimes determining whether we need that expense or not is valuable moving forward alone. Be discerning and ask what is in your highest honor and well-being, what will positively affect your life more?

3. Go to my Unleashing Your Authenticity group page and LIKE IT, so that you can follow posts and get a feeling of what is happening within the group and maybe get some much-needed information from posts.

Doing these 3 things will really help you get primed for our work. You will be able to show yourself that you are serious and focused and can do this. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me).

Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together, and I wouldn’t want you to waste your valuable time, money and energy.
